Privacy Policy
The provider of OshiVista ("the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Basic Information Collection Policy
The App does not collect Users' personal information. There is no user registration or login. All data entered by Users is stored locally on the User's device.
2. User-Entered Data (Stored Locally)
The following information is stored only on the User's device and is NOT sent to our servers:
- Names, nicknames, and profile information of favorite celebrities
- Event schedule information
- Photos and image data
- Text data such as notes and comments
- App settings (language, notifications, etc.)
3. Information Sent to External Services
When using certain features (AI information retrieval, event search), the following may be sent:

4. Data Storage & Backup
User data is stored locally on the User's device. It is not stored on our servers.
Important: Data may be lost when uninstalling the App, device failure, or OS initialization. We do not provide backup services. Please regularly back up important data via screenshots or other methods.
5. User Rights
- Right of Access: View your data within the App
- Right to Rectification: Edit and correct your data within the App
- Right to Erasure: Delete your data within the App or by uninstalling
- Right to Withdraw: Stop using the App and uninstall at any time
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may change this Policy due to changes in laws or service content. Significant changes will be notified within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement.
8. Provision to Third Parties
Except where required by law, where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and consent is difficult to obtain, or where handling is entrusted to the external services described in this Policy within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the developer does not provide obtained information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual.
9. Security Measures
The developer takes necessary and appropriate measures, including encryption of communications and restriction of access rights, to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information handled.
However, the developer does not warrant that unauthorised access or similar events will never occur, and is not liable for events arising from causes not attributable to the developer.
10. Procedure for Disclosure Requests
The individual or their representative may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure or suspension of provision to third parties of retained personal data. Requests must be made through the contact channel in the manner the developer specifies, and are handled only where the developer can verify that the requester is the individual concerned.
For requests for notification of the purpose of use or for disclosure, a fee of JPY 1,000 per request may be charged.
11. Limitation of Liability
The developer is not liable where a user voluntarily discloses information to a third party, or where information is obtained by a third party through causes not attributable to the developer.
Even where a user suffers damage because the developer breached this Policy, liability arising from slight negligence is limited to JPY 1,000 and to ordinary, direct and actual damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Transfer of Information upon Business Succession
If the developer transfers the business relating to this app to a third party, or if the operator changes due to merger, corporate split or other cause, the developer may transfer the obtained information to the successor within the scope of the purposes of use set out in this Policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding the handling of information under this Policy, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
