12. Procedure for Disclosure Requests

The individual or their representative may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of retained personal data.

Such requests must be submitted through our contact channel in the manner we specify. We will respond only where we can verify that the requester is the individual concerned. We may be unable to respond where verification is not possible or where we are not legally obliged to do so.

For requests for notification of the purpose of use or for disclosure, we may charge a fee of JPY 1,000 per request. In such cases we will respond after payment is confirmed.

13. Transfer of Information upon Business Succession

If we transfer the business relating to this App to a third party, or if the operator of this App changes due to merger, corporate split or other cause, we may transfer the information we have obtained to the successor within the scope of the purposes of use set out in this Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable where a user voluntarily discloses information to a third party, or where information is obtained by a third party through causes not attributable to us.

Even where a user suffers damage because we breached this Policy, our liability arising from our slight negligence shall be limited to JPY 1,000 and to ordinary, direct and actual damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

15. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding the handling of information under this Policy, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
